Jesup falls short against North Linn, 13-20
Jesup fell to North Linn, 13-20, in their second district football matchup on Oct. 4.

The J-Hawks held the lead through the third quarter by 13-6 with touchdowns by Cooper Fuelling and Brodie Kresser and a successful extra point attempt by Cole Oberbroeckling. In the fourth, the game shifted to North Linn’s favor, and the Lynx were able to edge ahead for their homecoming win.

Defensively, Jesup had over 55 tackles, including five solo tackles each from Keaton Roscovious and Kresser. Roscovious also had nine tackle assists. Cole Oberbroeckling and Eric Sweeney each had eight tackle assists. Eric Sweeney had one sack and Matt McGill had an interception. Brady Dahl also had a fumble recovery.
