WATERLOO – Donna M. Hershberger, 58, of Waterloo, IA, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009, surrounded by her family, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo, after a long and courageous fight with cancer.
Donna is survived by three brothers, Marvin Hershberger, Roger (Kathleen) Hershberger, and Merle (Barbara) Hershberger; and one sister, JoAnn (Kenneth) Seliger, all of Jesup; also seven nephews, two nieces and one great-nephew. She also leaves behind many colleagues and friends including, Connie Niemeyer of Waterloo, and two loving cats, Sox & Callie.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday, June 20, 2009, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Waterloo, with Fr. Louis M. Jaeger as Celebrant. Burial is at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Waterloo.
Special services to be held Friday, June 19, at the White Funeral Home, Jesup, include a Parish Rosary at 4 PM and Vigil Service at 7 PM.
Memorials will be directed to the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.
