Wanda Perkins, 90, of 503 James Drive, Macomb, IL passed away at 7:40 PM Friday, May 29, 2009 at her residence.
She is survived by one daughter, Nancy (Felix) Chu of Macomb; one son, Paul (Jenny) Perkins of St. Charles, Illinois; and three grandsons, Jonathan Chu of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Luke Perkins of Chicago and Matt Perkins of Iowa City, Iowa.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Memorial services will be held at 11:30 AM June 13, 2009, at the First Presbyterian Church in Macomb. Rev. Amy Loving will officiate. The family will meet with friends in Jesup, Iowa, at 11 AM on Sunday, July 12, 2009, at the coffee fellowship, following the services at the Jesup First Presbyterian Church.
Memorials may be made to either the First Presbyterian Church in Jesup, Iowa or Faith in Practice ( a Dental and Medical Program, which provides care to people in third world countries.)
Clugston-Tibbitts Funeral Home in Macomb is in charge of arrangements.
