INDEPENDENCE – Phyllis C. Milbach, 76, of Independence, Iowa died Friday morning, May 9, 2008, at her home with her family at her side following a courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by three children, Michael J. (Linda) Hayward, Independence, David L. (Claudette) Hayward, Columbus, IN, and Barbara A. (Burt) Van Horn, Independence; three stepchildren, Shirley Merfeld, Independence, Eileen (Jack) Andrews, Cedar Rapids, and Ronald (Cathy) Milbach, Sikeston, MO; six grandchildren, 11 stepgrandchildren, 12 stepgreat-grandchildren, and one stepgreat-great-grandchild. |
