A Citizen's Committee has been formed to investigate plans and options to re-build or build a new Jesup City Hall complex, due to structural defects in the current building. This Committee is meeting the first and third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at a place to be announced. Click the link below for information on this project, and to post your comments and ideas.

School Board has announced snow make up days
The Jesup School Board decided at its Monday night meeting to make up missed snow days in the following way:

The 2007/2008 calendar has been amended to account for the cancelled days of school by having student attendance on March 21 & 24, April 21, May 23, 27, 28, 29, 30 and June 2, 3, 4, 5.

In addition there will be full days of student attendance on March 19 and April 16 rather than early outs for staff development.

Please keep this in mind as you make summer plans.
